The personnel at Northeast Ford, were very professional and competent in helping us choose the right vehicle. They made sure that we understood how to operate the vehicle as well as explained the financial considerations available to us. Details of the intricate functions for this all electric vehicle were explained in a very clear manner. We cannot say enough for the wonderful staff at Northeast Ford!

Came in for the first time to get an oil change for my 24 Maverick. It was Saturday and I was in/out in 30 min. Staff was very helpful. Excellent experience with their Service Dept. I'll be back.
