Midstate overhead doors, inc

Received exactly what I needed. Staff knew right away what was needed. They were all so very nice.

They replaced our weather stripping and did a phenomenal job!

The technician (M.Hinton) assessed our old opener and determined a new was needed. He called the office manager to see when the new could be installed. He went back to the shop to obtain a new Genie drive and proceeded to remove the old and installed the new unit. He cleaned up and collected all of the old parts to his truck. He demonstrated his proficiency and timeliness throughout the installation process. He was timely in installation of the new door drive. Very pleased with his work and customer interaction.

Very pleased with service and repair by technician, was done in an efficient and timely manner in 18 degree weather.
