I walked into the dealership yesterday without an appointment to check out some 2024 and 2025 GTIs. I was just doing some early research as I intend to purchase one in the next year and hadn't yet experienced the MK8 or MK8.5 platform (I currently drive a MK7 GTI). I had kind of been dreading going to the dealer as I didn't want to encounter a pushy salesman, but my experience at Cherry Hill VW was actually nothing short of amazing.
Kyle Duckworth was there and was able to provide information as well as a test drive of a 2024 GTI Autobahn. Kyle is a GTI/Golf R enthusiast and driver himself and it was great to connect with someone else who loves the cars and isn't just looking to push another sale. Fun fact: Kyle and I have also both owned Porsche 944s and European wagons (Kyle a Volvo, myself a BMW) so it basically felt like I was hanging out with and chatting with a buddy during the initial evaluation of the car and the test drive.
I'm not quite ready to purchase a new GTI just yet, but I'm planning for 2026. I definitely intend to return to Cherry Hill VW to work with Kyle Duckworth when I'm ready, as he made the whole experience thus far enjoyable and pressure-free, which is exactly how I want a car-buying experience to be. Had a really great experience here. I'll preface this by saying that my car buying experience in the past (at different dealers) has been less than ideal, and I've had a number of experiences with pushy sales associates. My experience at this location was the exact opposite!
I was in the market to replace my car with a CPO. This location has great stock at good prices, and made my trade-in an easy process. Kyle Duckworth was the sales associate I met with, and he is incredibly knowledgeable about VW products. He was patient in answering my questions during the sales process and even after I purchased the car. The finance manager is also wonderful and was able to get me in and out quickly. He explained all my options very comprehensively.
I would recommend this location to any friend/family member without any hesitation.

Had such a positive experience purchasing my first ever brand new vehicle. My car salesmen Jared really outdid my expectations. I have a spouse currently deployed and am basically a full time working mom to a toddler. That being said I have very limited free time, Jared was able to do most of the process via text which worked best for me. Everything got handled in such a timely matter and on my schedule. I never felt any pressure and when I was ready I came in to a quick process. I’d say I was in and out within a half an hour. Jared even delivered my car to my house as I kept my current car and obviously can’t drive both. If you’re in the market for a car and looking for someone that actually cares I could not recommend him enough! Thank you again cherry hill vw.
