Lark Central Florida

I went to go tour Lark yesterday and I had a great time! Staff was so nice I had a great time speaking to the lady to helped me. All my questions were answered !! can’t wait to move in soon!

This property is simply awesome. The staff are amazing, providing top-notch service with a smile. And the views? Absolutely beautiful. A perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

Update: Another wonderful experience. Thank you, Haleigh, for your time, patience, and information. You really made a difference. LARK, you really know how to hire people with great customer service skills. I feel happy and confident with your management thus far. PREVIOUS: Soria was so helpful as we maneuvered leasing across the miles. She was kind, informative, and truly top notch. Thank you, Soria. If you are an example of things to come, then we will definitely have a great few years at UCF and LARK.

Community amenities are very nice. Study rooms are never too busy so it’s easy to find a nice place to study. Pool area is very nice as well.
