Great service and excellent customer support. Spoke to Morgan at the office and she got the team out quickly to address a leaking toilet. Highly recommend and will use again (hopefully won’t have to though!)

We’ve called Giles Plumbing on three separate occasions with time-sensitive plumbing issues, and each time they’ve made room in their schedule to help us. Their technicians have been professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Clint helped us with a clog on Friday and came back for the repair on Monday. We really appreciated how quickly they got us scheduled and how efficiently he handled the work. The repair turned out to be less involved than originally expected, and they reduced the price accordingly. That kind of honesty says a lot. They explained what they found, charged a fair price, and took care of our property while they worked, leaving everything clean and tidy afterward. We’re very glad we found them and would absolutely recommend them!

Giles has come to our residence multiple times. Replacing toilets, shifting pipes from one wall to another, and most recently fixing a water heater leak. They're also prompt, polite, and professional. Anytime we call to schedule an appointment, it is always same week service. If there's an emergency, they always do their best to fit you in same day. Giles has been our go to for years! Most importantly, they are affordable and reasonable with their service costs/fees.

Clint and his team did a phenominal job when I was in a bad situation. Water leak under the slab of the house. He knew the right person to call to find the leak and then offered fast, affordable service to put in a new water line. They offered me several alternatives and let me choose which was the right choice for me. I have had a very good experience with Giles and would recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

We were told we had a leak with our main water line by another plumbing company and it would be 5-9K to fix. A friend told us to get a second opinion and use Giles. Thank goodness we did!!! We actually didn’t have leak there, it was our irrigation system. Thankful for the team at Giles that they actually double checked and investigated things. These are honest hardworking people. We need more people like that in today’s world! Hopefully we are all good with water leaks, but if not…I know who we are gonna call!!!!
